Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any programs, products, or services, whether digital or in-person. Please ensure you are fully committed before enrolling or purchasing.

Name and Likeness Permission & Release
By participating in any I Love Being A Girl 2.0 event whether in person or online, you grant full permission for Dr. Shay Hagerman and her team to record, photograph, and capture your image, voice, and likeness. You agree that these materials may be used for promotional, educational, and media purposes, now and in the future, in any format or platform.
You understand that this permission is irrevocable, that you will receive no compensation, and that you waive the right to inspect or approve any use of these materials.
Payment Plans
If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in the agreed upon timeframe. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access to materials or cancellation of participation without refund.
If you use a third-party lender, including one recommended by us, you are responsible for reviewing their terms and conditions. I Love Being A Girl 2.0 and Dr. Shay Hagerman do not provide financial advice and are not responsible for any agreements made with outside financing providers.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical disruptions.
