Meet Pastor Dr. Shay
Pastor Dr. Shay is the proud mother of three daughters Shantaira, Zariyah, and the late Chloe. She is the loving grandmother of Syo’nishyah.​ She is the Founder of The GLUE Ministry, based in Atlanta, Georgia, and the visionary creator of I Love Being A Girl (ILBAG) Movement.
Through her ministry and mentorship programs, Pastor Dr. Shay empowers women and girls to rise in wisdom, courage, and divine confidence.​ With a message rooted in wisdom and faith, she teaches with both spiritual power and practical insight, equipping others to walk boldly and lead effectively wherever God has positioned them.
